Mór agus beag Honey
We are a small scale beekeeping family located in Cluain Meala, Co. Tipperary. Our bees are native Irish black bees(apis mellifera mellifera) and forage on some of the best flora available locally (apple blossom, dandelion, clover, lime & bramble to name a few). It is a light to medium coloured honey, with a sweet, succulent flavour. It is not filtered or heated, we use a coarse strainer only, this ensures we retain all its natural properties and goodness.

Soft Set Honey
This is a smooth and creamy honey. It is thicker and more spreadable than other types of honey. Also known as creamed honey It is so delicious on toast and straight from the jar.
100% pure irish cut comb Honey
The Honey stored within the comb is gathered by the bees between the months of June and July.
